Marc Vael
Marc is an expert in security, privacy and audit in a digital world. He is a popular international keynote speaker. In his keynote presentations, Marc inspires his audience on practical solutions with examples based on his own experiences. Marc studied applied economics at the University of Antwerp, information management at the University of Hasselt and applied economics & ICT at the University of Leuven. Marc worked in his professional career for large consulting organisations like IBM, Arthur Andersen, KPMG and Protiviti, but also for professional IT service organization Smals. He is currently the CISO at Esko, an international company focused on supporting and managing the packaging and print processes.
